After graduating from The Citadel in 1990, Norm worked in nearly every facet of manufacturing for South Carolina’s Milliken and Company. His career soon shifted into the business side, where he oversaw Milliken’s pricing, market analysis, product planning and product development.
With years of business experience under his belt, Norm then pursued an MBA from the University of South Carolina with a focus in international business. After obtaining series 7 (general securities license), series 66 (combined state securities license) and series 31 (managed futures) credentials, his career shifted into the finance arena.
Norm founded Money Poole in 2009, expanding into business consulting with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, M&A, new ventures and product profitability for his clients; he also serves as a interim CEO for his clients’ small businesses.
Norm’s passion is building and growing relationships with colleagues and clients alike, allowing him to maximize the success of those who work with him.
